At Fields-n-Honey, we proudly offer a variety of organic food products sourced from the fertile farmland of Northeast Georgia. Our selection includes fresh, pesticide-free produce and artisianal honey, such as Jack Allen Comb honey and Pauline's Pure Honey, all nurtured on our family's 200-year-old farm. Expect freshness, bold flavors, excellent quality, no pesticides. No heat was used in the bottling of the honey so all the nutrients are bottled up inside! You won't go back to fake honey again!

  • Grandpa Jack Allen got 700 acres after the civil war and started a farm in the Rice Creek Community of Canon, GA. The land of Canaan (Canon) is loaded with milk and Honey! The picture below shows my uncle gayle, my father, and my other uncle gary. My dad is holding my aunt Beverly. These kids are the decendants of J. I. Fields and Nellie Allen Fields. Nellie was the granddaughter of Grandpa Jack. Some of the hives are on his farm. Som we named the Jack Allen Honey Comb after him. Come visit the farm, try his honey comb and experience the farm.

  • Pure Pauline is named after my grandmother, Pauline Kerr. Both of my grandparents worked on their farms and taught us about hard work by example. Working from sun-up to sun-down was the norm. We inherited their work ethic, thankfully. So, the names of the honey are my attempt to honor my grandparents and to thank them for teaching us about hard work because it was passed down to us on both sides - the Fields' and the Kerr's.
